Physiotherapists are first line practitioners and therefore you do not need a referral from a doctor. We will however refer you to one, if necessary.

Medical aid fees are charged, although in some instances, their might be an amount that might not be covered by the medical aid, depending on funds available or the medical aid and plan that you are on. Payment remains the responsibility of the person responsible for the account. Please inform your physiotherapist if arrangements need to be made for payment.

• Medical aid card and ID / drivers licence
• Any X-rays, sonars or special reports that you might have on your condition
• Referral letter from the doctor or specialist if you have one

Treatment times can vary between 45 – 60 minutes. Please be on time as appointments are scheduled on the hour.

The practice is situated inside Mediclinic Kloof and there are safe parking available
